Hi Everyone,
Just a short post today. The end of the month is looming, and with it comes the end of the financial year here in Australia…I’m well on the way to being worn out. The weekend is almost upon us though so that is something to look forward to. Yay!
I felt like sharing a little layout about the cheeky monkey who is my youngest nephew. It’s a super simple layout and came together quite easily…once I had worked out what papers and embellishments I wanted to use. Sometimes that part of the process takes me twice as long, or longer, than actually creating the page (or card, for that matter!). Are any of you the same?
Don’t you just love doodlebug design products? I do! I LOVE their stickers from those cute little critters to their adorable letter stickers and have been hoarding them for ages. This page seemed like the perfect place to actually USE some of them.
Update: I only just noticed that I have my Honey Bee scissors showing in the top left hand corner of the photograph! Ooopsy! lol
Hope you all have a fantastic day today wherever you might be!
Happy Stamping! Happy Scrapbooking!

HI Kylie – what a great layout to capture your nephew’s antics! He appears to be quite the energetic young man! Your photos, layout and Doodlebug choices make for a page to be treasured! Doesn’t Bev’s Disney project sound wonderful! Hope she shares some pages as she goes along….

Thanks, C! Yes, he is rather energetic – always on the go. Oh, to have that energy again! lol Bev’s project sounds so fun. I hope she shares too. Love seeing Disney layouts – they are always so bright and happy.
What a great page, Kylie. I’ll be scrapping today with my friend Mary. We’re both working on Disney books. Love the little trees, and both ‘cheeky monkeys’ here. Oh my gosh, I think I have that paper too! Great minds think alike. I might have to scraplift your layout…it looks interesting and simple. Great job, girlfriend!
Sounds like a fun day in store for you today, Bev! It’s always fun to scrapbook Disney pages. Please do feel free to scraplift my layout! Can’t wait to see what you do with it….hint, hint! 😉 Thanks for the nice words today. 🙂
