Hi Everyone,
Sow’s everything today? I’ve had a great day today catching up with one of my favourite people in the world. We went to the movies and saw World War Z. I had been really wanting to see this film as I had thoroughly enjoyed the book. Was an interesting adaptation and I loved it. It was filled with suspense and I jumped out of my seat on more than one occasion. And really, who doesn’t mind looking at Brad Pitt for a couple of hours?! He’s aging VERY well. lol
After some of the usual household chores were under way, I sat down to create with one of the super cute stamps from Art Impressions. I apologise for the photograph. I took a couple of photos and then decided I wanted to change the card a little. I put it face down into a circle of stamp cleaning fluid! Oh no! I had put the lid face down when cleaning off my stamps and I didn’t realise it had left some residue. There’s a smudge along the top of the stamped image. Oh well! So…we are stuck with the original look. My idea had been to mat the centre panel with a dark brown. I think it might look good. I am also thinking that the centre panel might look good with torn edges….so many ideas. Love that!
Update: Just made another. Sorry for the poor quality of the photo. Must stop taking photos at night! Oops!
Hope you are all happy as pigs in mud. lol Thanks for stopping by!
Happy Stamping!

Hahahahha, oh your mud-bathed piggy makes me laugh! It’s sooooo adorable – and sure looks the way I felt when I came home after my little ‘adventure’! Colouring again is amazing! I ordered a couple sets of Distress Markers from SSS on Sunday (shopping seemed good ‘therapy,’ as did making some cards!), and already I’m pacing in anticipation of their arrival (three weeks wait…gahhhh!!!). I’ll be looking to you for inspiration once i have them in hand!! “Sow’s everything?” Much better seeing your card!

I love this stamp. It’s been a favourite of mine for a while (hmmmm…do I say that about all my stamps? lol). Thank you! Hope you are now as happy as a pig in mud, and that everything isn’t actually covered in mud!
Oooh, shopping for stamping/scrapbooking supplies makes everything feel better. Three weeks? I hope it doesn’t take that long! Hope you will enjoy playing with the markers as much as I do! 🙂
